After years of completing high quality renovations and decks, I am happy to say that we will be bidding residential new construction for this coming 2024 and beyond building seasons. This includes residential homes, post frame (pole barns/barndominiums), and of course we will continue working with you in the "smaller" framing projects including decks, garages, additions, and continue to offer kitchen and bath renovation services. With my vast experience in all aspects of residential carpentry I feel it's necessary to provide customers with high quality framing and turn-key opportunities. New Construction
With a start in framing high end homes in Summit County, CO and years of performing home renovations, we are excited to now offer framing and turn-key services.
Renovations
We perform high quality remodels for your current space. We have worked with Karman Cabinetry, Custom Wood Products, and Great Northern Cabinetry products and we are versed in Schluter shower and floor systems and Ditra in-floor heating systems.
Additions
Garages, sheds, room additions, or just a dormer, we can help to expand upon your existing space.
Decks
From main level, second level, multi-level, wood or composite, we will work with you from the beginning to the end. With access to multiple architects and engineers we can assist in getting the design moving forward, demo, construct, and finish your dream deck.
Light Dirt Work/Excavation and Equipment
On smaller projects we typically dig or trench our own footings whether it's for a deck or post frame building. A skid steer with boom attachment allows us to set barn trusses, timber beams, or logs if you have a desire to accentuate the entry to your property.
General Contracting/Property Maintenance Services
Start to finish projects are ideal. As a working General Contractor I can contract or connect you with some of the top professionals in our area and guarantee the work is done to your satisfaction. Whether it be roofing, painting, gutters, log home sandblasting, drywall, plumbing, or electrical, I can get work completed on any aspect of your home.
